Training events

Norwegian Research Infrastructure Services (NRIS), has an extensive education and training program to assist existing and future users of our services. The courses are aimed to give the participants an understanding of our services as well as using the resources effectively. The courses are free of charges unless otherwise announced.

Each of the four NRIS partner sites have local activities and events that might be useful to attend.

  • users at University of Bergen and affiliated institutes: register to hpcnews@uib.no

  • users at University of Oslo and affiliated institutes: register on the hpc-users list by sending an email to sympa@usit.uio.no with subject subscribe hpc-users Firstnames Lastname.

  • users at Norwegian University of Science and Technology and affiliated institutes: register on the info list by sending an email to sympa@hpc.ntnu.no with subject subscribe info Firstnames Lastname.

  • users at UiT The Arctic University of Norway and affiliated institutes: register for the hpc-news list by sending an email to sympa@list.uit.no with subject subscribe hpc-news Firstnames Lastname.
